To start our walk in the morning, select someone whom you have just met, or whom you haven't had a chance to meet yet. Have multiple people you'd like to chat with? Don't worry, we'll be switching partners 3 times during our hour-long walk.

Hello Everyone! John and I would like to provide everyone with a preview of our walk. Remember, we'll be meeting in the lobby of the hotel and starting our walk promptly at 6:00 AM CST.
Exit the main entrance onto Bryn Mawr Ave
Take a right on Bryn Mawr Ave toward N. River Rd
Cross N. River Rd to continue on Bryn Mawr Ave. The convention center will be on your right
At the end of Bryn Mawr Ave, we'll encounter the entrance to the Catherine Chevalier Woods trail

The weather looks nice for Saturday so far! 🤞it stays that way☀️. Also… who is setting the pace for this walk? It’s not @Bob Alexander is it? I don’t know that I can keep up with him. Where are my slow walkers at?

This is definitely not about covering ground! Success will be measured by connections and how much we can learn about each other. We will turn around and head back at a point determined by time, not distance. If we are out of breath when we get back, it should only be because we talked so much! This is not meant to be a physical challenge, and the pace will be leisurely at best. The most difficult part of the walk will be getting up early! Looking forward to networking with you all!
